It’s official – Bali’s going to be receiving a lot more water babies with Waterbom Bali’s launch of four new slides in the second half of 2014.
The ‘Python’ is revving up to be the biggest waterslide in the industry, the three-person slide descending in a circular tube so all riders swooshing down will be facing each other throughout all the unexpected twists and turns! The slide’s largest point measures six metres wide, before sliding riders into the splash pool.
Fans of Raft River and Jungle Ride will find that the rides are gone – but fear not, for they have both been beefed up and have now transformed into the ‘Constrictor’ and two ‘Green Vipers’ slides. Not only are the slides going to be quicker, the journey will also be longer and start higher at a staggering ‘take off’ point of 19.62 meters!
The two ‘Green Vipers’ will be six metres higher than the previous Jungle Ride, in addition riders will also be able to choose from two experiences – one an open flume so you may take in Bali’s surrounding tropical foliage while gliding down; the other ‘viper’ using a ‘silk tech’ expertise for a wild anticipation and adrenaline rush.
For those who wish the thrill rides would never end, the ‘Constrictor’ is the exact thing for them – this being the waterpark’s longest ride ever at 230 metres long! That’s not all, phase two of the development project will be commencing end November 2014, promising a thrilling playground for all adrenalin junkies more than ever.
